Manpreet’s journey to becoming a WeeSleep consultant began when she was a new mom struggling to help her infant son become good sleeper. Even though she had taken a course on sleep and circadian rhythms when studying for her BSc in general biology, she didn’t know what to do. Determined to find a solution, she began researching information on infant sleep and began applying the tips she found to sleep train her son. In a matter of a week, Manpreet and her husband went from holding their six-month-old for every nap and waking up multiple times throughout the night, to having a baby who slept 12 hours straight and took naps in his crib. They were shocked at how quickly his sleep had improved. Manpreet was a happier, more patient mom, and her son was thriving and well-rested. When her second baby was born, Manpreet didn’t hesitate to apply everything she had learned.
With two great sleepers, Manpreet began offering advice on healthy baby sleep habits to friends and family. Although she is an experienced Respiratory Therapist, Manpreet found it very rewarding to help other exhausted parents and decided to become a consultant with WeeSleep.
