A Little About Diana


Diana was born in Scarborough and graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc (Hons) in Health Studies and Integrative Biology. As a first-time mother of a baby boy that would not sleep, she soon discovered how necessary sleep was to a healthy lifestyle. She took everyone’s advice (except the brandy bit) and tried almost every other gadget. She couldn’t help but wonder what she was doing wrong.

Diana knows what exhaustion truly feels like and is committed to helping other Moms and Dads enjoy their babies after a night of restful sleep. She wanted to help her baby but couldn’t navigate through all the information or find a plan to commit to. She made the investment in a WeeSleep Consultant and it continues to pay off. The success that she had after the two weeks of following the plan was well worth the efforts. Even the skeptical grandparents were impressed and committed to upholding the sleep plan.

Diana believes in the WeeSleep philosophy and became very passionate about helping other families. She will be there to listen to your frustrations, answer your questions and guide you in the right direction. She will be your coach, keep you on track and help you stay committed to your plan. She is there to ensure your success and will cater to your family dynamics. She is proud and happy to give well-proven advice (no old wives tales here) and use parent-friendly approaches to helping your baby achieve amazing sleep.

Hi Diana! I am so grateful for your guidance through the sleep training process. It has truly worked like magic since day 1 with Arya and has made our lives so much easier. I was especially impressed with how gentle and considerate the overall method was. Earlier we had Arya sleeping in our arms every 2-3 hours and now she sleeps all alone with a smile on her face when we put her in crib. She used to nap only half an hour before and now she has 1 big 1.5-2 hr nap and then a second short nap which is so perfect!! I was skeptical for trying this out since she had thrown up the first time we had tried sleep training ourselves but this time around it was very smooth and less stressful!!

Diana is a GODSEND! Our 19 month old son was never a good sleeper and my wife and I kept hoping that it would magically get better over time. We heard and read about sleep training and even purchased a course (which provided an overload of info but no other support), but never followed through with it for one reason or another. After being sleep deprived for 1.5 years and waking up anywhere between 2-6 times a night, enough was enough. My wife heard about Diana through Instagram and we are so grateful to have worked with her! She is so welcoming and easy to talk to. She answers questions thoroughly and never leaves you feeling like you have to go through sleep training alone. Of course you as the parents are the ones doing the work, but the support and guidance makes a world of a difference. My wife and I can’t thank Diana enough!! If you can’t decide if sleep training right for you and your little one- work with Diana, you won’t regret it! P.S.- This review is so long overdue (we sleep trained in February 2021) but that just goes to show how much we think about Diana and how it was the one of best decision we’ve made for our family!
