A Little About Diana
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Diana was born in Scarborough and graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc (Hons) in Health Studies and Integrative Biology. As a first-time mother of a baby boy that would not sleep, she soon discovered how necessary sleep was to a healthy lifestyle. She took everyone’s advice (except the brandy bit) and tried almost every other gadget. She couldn’t help but wonder what she was doing wrong.
Diana knows what exhaustion truly feels like and is committed to helping other Moms and Dads enjoy their babies after a night of restful sleep. She wanted to help her baby but couldn’t navigate through all the information or find a plan to commit to. She made the investment in a WeeSleep Consultant and it continues to pay off. The success that she had after the two weeks of following the plan was well worth the efforts. Even the skeptical grandparents were impressed and committed to upholding the sleep plan.
Diana believes in the WeeSleep philosophy and became very passionate about helping other families. She will be there to listen to your frustrations, answer your questions and guide you in the right direction. She will be your coach, keep you on track and help you stay committed to your plan. She is there to ensure your success and will cater to your family dynamics. It's been over a month since we started our sleep journey with your guidance and plan, I cannot stop raving about how amazing it has been. From sleeping in our room, being rocked to sleep and multiple night wakings, I was one exhausted and overworked mom. With your plan and encouragement we have been going strong! He is now taking two solid naps and sleeping anywhere between 10-12 hrs each night. What I find amazing is how he learned to self soothe on his own, especially in the middle of the night. With being rested, we have seen his development, attitude and attention improve - even on the first day!
Your 10 day sleep plan and feedback made this process so easy and less complicated to follow. By tracking each step and giving us feedback daily, we found our groove and routine! The supplementary information that came with the plan was super handy and very informative.
Diana, you were amazing to work with, great attitude, reliable, encouraging and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. You were also so relatable, talking about your own personal experiences with your own boys. You were understanding but still gave constructive feedback on anything we were lacking on. You even made my husband a believer!
Not only did Aran get the gift of sleep, I also got got the gift of rest and recharge.
